We primarily use DHL and UPS for shipping. Your order will be ready for shipment no later than two business days after your purchase. Once shipped, your parcel should arrive within three to 14 business days. During busy seasons and sales periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, global pandemics, or other world events may affect shipment times and cause delays that are outside of our control. Additionally, please note that shipping times may vary for some countries based on their country's postal system. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays or changes to your shipment status.

At SOJI SOLARIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your shipment. The 14-day period begins after you receive our notification in writing (via letter or email), and after we have fulfilled the obligation to provide information according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 section 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act of the German Civil Code (EGBGB).
We understand that you may need to test or try out the merchandise to assess its attributes or functionality. However, you will only have to pay compensation for a deterioration of the goods or for any benefits achieved, if the use or the deterioration is the result of handling the merchandise in a way that exceeds the assessment of its attributes or functionality.
Obligations with regard to the refund of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this period begins with the dispatch of the merchandise or the send date of the return request, for us with the receipt. Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, and DHL handling costs will not be refunded in the case of a return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
